Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 eggs, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
  • 2 slices toasted bread
  • to taste spicy sauce
  • to taste tomato sauce, candy

Preparation

Peel the previously cooked eggs.
Chop the cooked eggs into squares.
Mix the eggs with the 2 tablespoons of hummus.
Assemble the mixture in the slices of previously toasted bread.
If you want to add a little hot sauce and / or sweet tomato sauce, you can do it.

TIPS

I like only hot spicy sauce, but you can use valentina, some homemade sauce or the one you like the most. If you want to take it you can put it in the form of an ideal sandwich for a picnic, take to school or work.
