Ingredients

1 portion
  • 100 grams sushi rice
  • 1 leave nori seaweed
  • 10 grams stuffed, optional

Preparation

Cook the rice with water.
Make a ball of rice in the center put stuffing of whatever you want (be it fish, furikake, surimi, etc.) and with your hands shape it into a triangle or ball.
Put a strip of nori seaweed on the rice in the basé.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with soy sauce.
