Are you a fan of shakes? This Coconut Milkshake with Mixed Fruits is an easy and delicious recipe that you can prepare as breakfast. Fill yourself with energy with fruits such as apple, banana, strawberry and blackberries. This is a healthy recipe, because instead of ice cream, it is made with yogurt. The best thing about this Coconut Milkshake with Red Fruits is that you will not need a smoothies blender to prepare it. You can make it with your blender or food processor.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • 1/4 cups coconut milk, sugarfree
  • 1/4 cups strawberry, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups blueberry
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple, without the peel
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cups red fruit, frozen, to decorate

Preparation

Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl and freeze until solidified.
In a bowl, mix the chia with the coconut milk and let stand a few minutes to hydrate.
Blend the strawberries with a tablespoon of lemon juice until you obtain a smooth puree. Repeat the process with the berries, if necessary, strain each mash.
Meanwhile, liquefy the banana with the apple, the frozen yogurt, the honey and the coconut milk until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Separate 1/3 of the mixture and divide it into two. Paint each one of the fruit purees, one with a pink mixture and another with the purple one.
Serve the chia in a glass, filled with the banana mixture, interspersing the colors to achieve the desired effect.
Decorate with frozen mixed fruits and enjoy.
