The colorful hotcakes are the ideal breakfast to celebrate your little ones.


2 portions
  • 1 cup pancake flour, Aunt Jemima
  • 3/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 egg
  • vegetal color additives, (red, blue, yellow and green)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Pineapple in syrup, chopped
  • 1/2 cups raspberry
  • 1/2 cups blueberry
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • enough chantilly cream, Lyncott


Mix the flour, milk, egg, margarine and vanilla in a bowl until a homogeneous mixture of lumps is left.
Divide the mixture into five glasses. Paint the mixture with orange, purple, blue, yellow and green. To make the colors of the rainbow. Tip: Red with blue to create purple, red with yellow to create orange.
Pre heat the Teflon pan and once ready pour the mixture into the center of the pan making a medium circle to reach the mixture. Let them simmer to avoid burning or sticking to the pan.
Repeat step three with all colors to make 5 hotcakes of different colors per person. That is 10 in total.
Garnish with fruits and cream Lyncott chantilly.
