Preparation
Cut the nopales into cubes and boil them in salted water until they release all the drool.
Boil the chilies and tomatoes in 1 cup of water.
Blend the chilies, tomatoes, onion and garlic with a pinch of salt.
Cook the sauce until it boils, add 3 and a half cups of water. Add the previously drained nopales (wash the nopales after boiling to release all the drool)
Since the sauce is boiling with the nopales, add the eggs one by one and cook another 10 minutes.
