It is a delicious egg omelette very simple and perfect to have a full breakfast. It is very versatile because you can add the ingredients that you like the most.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons cheese, grated

Preparation

In a cup beat the 2 eggs, add 1 pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
Then in a pan add oil, wait for it to heat up and add the mixture. Wait for it to cook on one side then turn; wait for it to cook on the other side and serve.

TIPS

You can add tomato, spinach, cilantro, chili etc.
