Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup San Juan® Egg White
  • 16 slices bacon
  • 2 Avocado from Mexico, Hass
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Grease a mold for muffins or cupcakes with olive oil.
Cut the bacon into strips of 20 centimeters. Arrange them inside each mold horizontally, in such a way that it covers the entire circumference of the mold.
Cut the avocado in half and with the help of the knife remove the bone. Remove the pulp and cut into small squares.
Add a cup of San Juan® Egg Claras and avocado in a bowl. Stir well, add salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into each mold.
Introduce the molds with the San Juan® Egg Claras in a pre-heated oven at 160 ° C and cook for 20 minutes.
Once ready, remove them from the molds and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve your egg white wraps with bacon and avocado in an extended dish served with toasted bread.

TIPS

Use very little fat to grease the molds, remember that the bacon releases enough fat.
