This recipe is an excellent option for breakfast, since a delicious baked egg is prepared inside a rustic bread that is accompanied by hummus and jocoque with spinach. It's a delight. Test it!

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 piece of rustic bread
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 Cup of Jocoque Libanius® Dry Natural
  • 1 Cup of spinach Cooked
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of spicy sauce

    Preparation

    Cut the bread on the top to remove the lid; cup and reserve.
    In a pan heat the olive oil and lightly brown the garlic and onion.
    Add the spinach and cook until soft.
    Add jocoque, rectify seasoning and reserve.
    Place the bread in a baking tray, add the hummus, the jocoque preparation and the two eggs above mentioned.
    Bake at 180 ° C until the egg is cooked to your liking.
    Serve hot and add sauce to taste.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with a little hot sauce.
