Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 rustic bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 cups Jocoque Libanius® Dry Natural
  • 1 cup spinach, Cooked
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste spicy sauce

Preparation

Cut the bread on the top to remove the lid; cup and reserve.
In a pan heat the olive oil and lightly brown the garlic and onion.
Add the spinach and cook until soft.
Add jocoque, rectify seasoning and reserve.
Place the bread in a baking tray, add the hummus, the jocoque preparation and the two eggs above mentioned.
Bake at 180 ° C until the egg is cooked to your liking.
Serve hot and add sauce to taste.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a little hot sauce.
