In a bowl beat the eggs together with the Knorr® Swiss chicken broth. Reserve.
In a hot pan melt the Iberia® margarine and season the onion. Add and integrate the tomato and cook for a few minutes stirring from time to time.
Add and integrate the chile. Then pour the egg mixture and integrate well. Cook stirring from time to time until the egg is well cooked. Serve immediately.
