Scrambled eggs with yoghurt are very creamy and have a delicious taste, complement your family breakfast with this recipe.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1/4 cups Oikos® greek style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 garlic
  • 6 eggs
  • 60 grams feta cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • chili flakes

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a Teflon pan, add the kale and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, add the garlic and continue cooking.
While beating the eggs and Yoghurt Oikos in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the kale and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs until they are at the end you prefer.
Serve on a plate and finish with feta cheese and peperonccino
