Preparation
For the cranberry sauce, in a saucepan mix the maple syrup and the dehydrated blueberries. Leave over medium heat until it boils.
Reduce the heat and stir for 8-10 minutes until the fruit is smooth. Reserve and keep warm.
For the walnut hotcakes, mix the Gamesa® Hot Cakes Flour, milk, eggs, butter, nuts and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well to create a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
In a previously greased hot pan, add 1/4 cup of the mixture and leave to cook until bubbles are visible on the top and the bottom of the hot cake is browned. Flip and repeat with all the mixture until you have all the hot cakes.
Serve with the hot cranberry sauce.
