Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 liter lactose-free milk, Light
  • 1 mango
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups eggnog
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 leaves peppermint
  • 1 bouquet peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Split the mango in half guiding. With a spoon, remove the pulp and reserve.
In the glass of the blender put the ice, the lemon juice and a glass of milk. Shred
Now, add the mango pulp, the sugar, the rest of the milk, 2 mint leaves and the eggnog. Shred
Cuela. Reserve in cold, covered, until you serve it.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass or glass. Decorate with mint sprig.
