Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 breads
  • 4 slices manchego cheese
  • 1 can refried beans, girl
  • 3/4 white onions, finely chopped
  • 1 beefsteak tomato, chopped into small cubes
  • 3 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • to taste chipotle chili, canned, ground

Preparation

In a hot pan add 1/4 finely chopped onion and sauté at very low temperature until transparent. Add the chipotle chili you want and finally pour the contents of the can of beans. Stir very well until they are impregnated with the taste of onion and chili. Reservation.
Cut the loaves with a serrated knife, spread beans on each slice to taste, put a slice of manchego cheese on top and put it in an electric or gas oven on medium heat until the cheese has melted.
While they are in the oven, the muffins prepare the sauce. Stir the tomato, the onion that was left over and the chile serrano in a bowl.

PRESENTATION

Serve two pieces of bread on a plate and pour the pico de gallo sauce into a bowl.

TIPS

The good thing about this recipe is that you can add bacon or turkey ham to taste.
