Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 banana, or banana
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable protein powder, chocolate flavour
  • 2 cups coconut milk, with vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, homemade
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed, milled
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed

Preparation

Place everything in a blender, blend until smooth. If you want a more liquid consistency; add a little more milk

TIPS

You can also use almond milk.
