Enjoy this delicious and healthy option of whole grain waffles with yoghurt for your breakfast They are very nutritious and delicious, they are also super easy to prepare and the creamy sauce of yoghurt and raspberries give it a unique touch.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, molten
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Yoghurt Greek Yoplait Without Sugar Added
  • 1/2 cups agave honey
  • 2 cups Yoghurt Greek Yoplait Without Sugar Added, for the sauce
  • 1 cup raspberry, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups agave honey, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups cherries, to decorate
  • 1/4 cups raspberry, to decorate

Preparation

For the waffles, in a bowl mix the whole wheat flour, the oatmeal, the baking powder, the salt, the butter, the vanilla essence, the eggs, the Greek Yoplait Without Added Sugar and the agave honey. Mix until well integrated.
Heat the waffle maker, grease with cooking spray, pour the previous mixture and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked.
For the sauce, blend Yoplait® Greek Yoghurt without sugar with raspberries, agave honey and cinnamon powder.
Serve the waffles with the yogurt sauce and garnish with natural cherries and raspberries.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, garnish with the raspberry sauce and fresh cherries.

TIPS

Wheat flour absorbs more liquids, if you feel very thick your mixture you can add a little more yogurt.
