Ingredients

8 portions
  • 100 grams coconut
  • 1 apple
  • 1 boat natural yogurt
  • 25 grams gelatin powder
  • 4 plums, red
  • strawberries, to decorate

Preparation

Boil the plums. Let them boil until tender, remove them and reserve the water.
Chop the plums and mix with the coconut, add the yogurt and stir.
Prepare the gelatin following the instructions on the package, but using the boiling water that was used for the plums; Mix this gelatin with the grated apple. Mix everything with the preparation of the plum.
To serve, place everything in a suitable mold and decorate with plums or other fruits.
