The meat is seasoned with cumin and salt, in a skillet, lard is heated, the chorizo is fried, then removed, the onion is added until golden and then removed, the tomato is added until golden and then removed, the meat is added and when it is halfway cooked, everything is combined and the chili is added, it is left to cook, if it dries out, lard or a little water can be added so it doesn't become too greasy, and wait for the meat to be cooked. The tortillas are heated, and a portion of meat is placed on them; it can be drizzled with lime or hot sauce.
