Ingredients: 8 chicken drumsticks, medium; sea salt; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 4 cups water of roses; 1 paprika, medium red pepper chopped; 1 pimentón, medium green pepper chopped; 1 pimentón, medium yellow pepper chopped; 2 cloves garlic, small chopped; 2 green onion, medium chopped; 1 teaspoon basil, fresh or dried; 1 cup red wine; 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation

Season the chicken with sea salt and olive oil, let it marinate for at least one hour. Then place the chicken in a pot over medium heat, add enough water to cover it.
