In a pot with a lid, arrange the pieces of chicken, add pepper, all the liquids, and the Knorr Suiza, cover, and let it boil for about 15 minutes. Add the potatoes and bell peppers along with the spices. Lower the heat and let it cook on the stove for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and tender, ready to serve and accompany with white rice.
