Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 slice papaya
  • 1/2 apples
  • 2 Water

Preparation

Wash and remove the skin of the apple preferably red because it is sweeter than green.
Boil the apple in 1 oz water (without sugar)
Remove the peel to the papaya.
Place the papaya and apple in the food processor with the water and blend until you have a porridge. Water can vary depending on the consistency you want.

PRESENTATION

It can be presented with a well-disinfected peppermint or mint leaf.
