Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups cranberry
  • 4 green apples

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the sugar in the blender and mix the oil and then add the eggs one by one.
Add the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; add the nuts and blueberries.
Add peeled and grated apples.
Grease a mold and flour, pour the preparation.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

TIPS

You can add raisins instead of blueberries.
