When we have very ripe bananas and our family does not want to consume them, it is time to prepare a cake, which everyone tastes for its exquisite flavor.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 2 cups pancake
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cups oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 bananas, jamaico or roatán (mature) crushed with a fork
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, or banana

Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar) and pass them through a sieve.
Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until stiff.
Add the oil and mix for 30 seconds more.
