Preparation
For the cake: Beat the whites of the eggs in snow, then add the yellow one (yolks), then add the sugar in the form of rain, finally add the vanilla and water. Add the mixture in a mold previously buttered and floured.
Coconut cream: Place in a pot the water, coconut and the cinnamon stick, after boiling for 10 minutes add the cornstarch diluted in the milk, stir constantly until it takes consistency which should not be too thick or too liquid .
After the cake is cut it is cut in half, pricked with a fork and the first layer is bathed, covered and bathed with the cream again.
