The other day I prepared this delicious strawberry cake as a family, everyone loved it. I invite you to prepare it and have a nice time with yours.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • strawberry yoghurts, optional
  • 200 grams strawberry
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • cereals, of sugary flakes

Preparation

Mix flour, milk, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Stir until a homogeneous mixture forms.
Spread a little butter in a wide and deep mold.
Empty the mixture into the mold you greased. Spread well with the help of a spatula.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C, bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool to room temperature, cover the cake with a bit of strawberry yogurt and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Wash and disinfect the strawberries, cut them in half and distribute them on all sides of the cake.
Crush the sugary cornflakes and decorate the cake.
