Preparation
Mix the cookies with the butter and put in the bottom of a mold pressing well. Dissolve the greenery in 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil.
In a blender, mix cheese, milk, condensed milk, juice and blend well. With the blender in motion, add the dissolved gelatine. Pour the mixture on the biscuit base.
Refrigerate for 3 or 4 hours. Serve with the blackberry jam.
