Ingredients: 1/2 cups cream cheese; 1/2 cups cow's milk; 1 can condensed milk; 1/2 cups blackberry jam; 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder; 1/2 cups water; 2 cups María cookies, crushed; 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Mix the cookies with the butter and press well into the bottom of a mold. Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water and heat until it boils. In a separate bowl, blend the cheese, milk, condensed milk, and juice in a blender until well combined. With the blender running, add the dissolved gelatin. Pour the mixture over the cookie base.
