I have always loved desserts, making and eating them, that's why I looked for many recipes but none of them were as I wanted or imagined. For Mother's Day I wanted to give my mother a gift, so I looked at the notes I had made of various recipes; I removed, added and modified some ingredients, time and way of baking. This is how this delicious Cheesecake came about that I share with you now, I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 3 packages cream cheese, (190 gc / u)
  • 225 grams sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • lemon juice, of a lemon
  • 1 cup strawberry, chopped (can be frozen)

Preparation

In a blender add: cream cheese, eggs, sour cream, lemon zest, vanilla extract, sugar, flour, and salt. Blend until there are no lumps and everything has been perfectly integrated.
Pour the mixture into a cookie-based mold (optional), if you prefer to omit it, just spray the mold with cooking spray before pouring it.
