Ingredients: 3 packages cream cheese, (190 g each); 225 grams sour cream; 4 eggs; 1 teaspoon lime zest; 2 tablespoons flour; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1 1/4 cups sugar; 1 pinch salt; 1 cup sugar; lime juice, of one lemon; 1 cup strawberries, chopped (can be frozen)

In a blender, add: cream cheese, eggs, sour cream, lemon zest, vanilla extract, sugar, flour, and salt. Blend until there are no lumps and everything is perfectly combined. Pour the mixture into a mold with a cookie base (optional), if you prefer to omit it, just spray the mold with cooking spray before pouring it in.
