This delicious cheesecake is much healthier than any other, since the base is cereal and not biscuit. You will love the creaminess combined with the Alpen Cereal nuts.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 4 cups Original Alpen Cereal
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 100 milks
  • 1 on gelatin powder
  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • 1 cup strawberry

Preparation

Crush the cereal in the blender.
Melt the butter in the microwave, mix with the ground cereal.
In a removable pie pan, place the cereal base. Flatten with your fingers.
Blend cream cheese at room temperature, condensed milk and whole milk.
Wash and disinfect the strawberries and add them to the previous mixture. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat the water and dissolve, stirring the contents of an envelope of grenetine. Pour into the blender, blend one last time.
Place this mixture inside the pie pan, refrigerate for 2 hours and remove from the mold.
Decorate with strawberries in halves, varnish with natural syrup (mix water with sugar and leave on heat until it thickens).
