In a bowl, combine the flour, butter, and sugar until you get a sandy texture. Add the Huevo San Juan® and continue mixing until you obtain a smooth dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, place it in a pie dish, and put a piece of parchment paper and beans on top of the dough.

Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Remove the parchment paper with the beans and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheesecake crust is well cooked. Let it cool. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Then gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract gradually. Finally, add the colorful sprinkles and mix in. Place the cheese filling inside the pie crust and refrigerate for 60 minutes. Decorate the cheesecake with whipped cream and colorful sprinkles.
