Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams butter, ointment
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 220 grams flour, sifted
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons royal baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the filling
  • 1 cup Water, for the filling
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch, for the filling
  • 4 egg yolks, for the filling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, for the filling
  • 1/2 liters whipping cream, to decorate
  • 250 grams powdered sugar, to decorate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, to decorate
  • chocolates, grated, quantity needed, to decorate

Preparation

Oven preheated to 180 ° c
Grease and flour a cake mold and put waxed paper at the bottom of the base of the mold.
Sift the flour along with the royal and reserve.

Put the condensed milk, water and vanilla on the fire and when it is boiled let's take a few spoonfuls to add them to the mixture of yolks and stir, add the mixture of yolks to the milk and continue to move with a balloon whisk until take a little thick consistency and turn off the heat, let cool by covering our pastry cream with a plastic to prevent a cream is formed.
Since our bread is cold we sliced ​​it in half and put our pastry cream already cold in the base and cover with the other slice.
For the bitumen: beat the cream to beat until forming peaks and add the glass sugar and vanilla little by little and continue mixing until you get an unctuous mixture.
We decorate our cake with the bitumen and grated chocolate.

PRESENTATION

We decorate with the bitumen and grated chocolate and to make the flowers we separate a bit of bitumen in a pastry bag with duya 1m and we make the flower from the center to the left in a circle.

TIPS

Preheating the oven, having our ingredients ready and heavy before starting to mix, apart from greasing the mold it is important to cut a waxed paper base to prevent the bread from sticking in the mold.
