Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 150 grams butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 lemon zest

Preparation

Preheated oven at 200 ° C.
Acre the butter. Add the condensed milk, the yolks and the sifted flour together with the baking powder.
Mix with a spatula and empty on a table, intensifying all the ingredients with a scraper, until you have a soft and smooth paste.
Extend with a rolling pin and cover a large mold for pay, cut the edges. Fill and bake for 20 minutes or until the food settles.
FILLING: Blend 1 can of condensed milk, the zest of 2 lemons 1/4 cup of lemon juice, the cream cheese, 3 eggs and fill the pie.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the recipe with red fruits and bathe it with a very light syrup of strawberry jam.

TIPS

If the dough is already cooked and the filling seems a bit liquid, it does not matter when you take it out and cool down it will finish curdling, besides with the dough you can make cookies and they are very delicious.
