This cake recipe does not carry milk or eggs. It is ideal for someone vegan or with allergies to dairy and / or egg.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup Water, hot
  • 1/2 cups cocoa, natural powder (not sweet)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar

Preparation

Grease a rectangular 20 cm mold with PAM for cooking and sprinkle with cocoa.
Mix the hot water with the cocoa powder in a small container until it is well mixed.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl and form a hole in the center. Add the cocoa mixture in the center along with the oil and vanilla. Stir with a balloon whisk until it is well blended and has a smooth consistency. Add the vinegar and stir well. Pour over the prepared mold.
Bake until a toothpick in the center comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes.
Put a knife around the mold and unmold it. Let cool on a rack.

PRESENTATION

It is recommended to serve with a thick chocolate sauce on top. It is very rich with vanilla ice cream.

TIPS

I recommend you to use the best type of cocoa you can, since this will taste most of the cake!

Resultó excelente! Hice el doble de la receta pero sustituí la mitad del aceite con agua porque he probado algunas tortas que saben mucho a aceite, y quedó super esponjosa, excelente con helado de vainilla... Recomendada
