We place the flanera on the stove over high heat and when the caramel begins to form we lower the flame to the minimum and move the flanera from side to side until the caramel is well distributed at the base and edges, remove from the heat and let cool
In the blender put the other ingredients and blend perfectly until the mixture is terza, without lumps
When the caramel is already cold, pour the liquefied mixture in the flanera, cover the container perfectly.
We put the express pot on the fire with a little water in the bottom and a metal container upside down, to make a mary bath.
Place the flanera in the pot, cover and when steam comes out of the tube in the center of the lid, put the cap and cook the flan on low heat for 30 min.
After the cooking, let the pot cool, open it, take the mold out of the custard and let cool to room temperature.
When the mold is cold we put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and unmold it.
