The word Mousse means foam in French. This Chocolate Mousse is prepared with egg white and sugar but there are other variants of the recipe that are made using different fruits.

Preparation
Separate the yolks from egg whites. Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie for 5 min. with milk and yolks. Remove from heat and pour into a deep bowl.
Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl and add them to the chocolate little by little and carefully until the mousse forms and there are no traces of the white of the whites.
Leave in the fridge for 3 hours and serve.
