Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler for 5 minutes with the milk and the yolks. Remove from heat and pour it into a deep bowl. Beat the egg whites in another bowl until stiff peaks form and gradually add them to the chocolate carefully until the mousse is formed and there are no traces of the egg whites. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours and serve.
