The fritters are a rich and crunchy dessert, enjoy these delicious fritters with a chocolate coating that you will love, obséquialo to your loved ones and savor its sweet flavor.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 1/4 cups of wheat flours
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 liter of oil to fry
  • 2 tablets of dark chocolate melted
  • 2 tablets of White chocolate melted

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in a deep saucepan and heat the donut mold in the oil.
    In a bowl, mix the flour, the baking powder, the sugar, the salt, the oil, the vanilla essence and the egg. Add the milk little by little until a semi-liquid mixture is obtained.
    Pass the previous mixture through a sieve and let stand for 15 minutes.
    Insert the hot mold over the mixture until it reaches ¾ parts of the mold and submerge in the oil, turn the donut with a skewer stick and let it brown on both sides.
    Place the fritters on absorbent paper and let cool.
    In a rack place the fritters and add the bitter chocolate and bathe others in white chocolate
    Let dry and present them in acetate boxes to give as a gift.

    PRESENTATION

    They are placed in stacked acetate boxes interspersed one of each color. Decorated with ribbon.

    TIPS

    It is important that the mold is very hot so that the mixture adheres to it.
