Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

I like this recipe a lot, it's an improvement of 2 recipes, of oatmeal cookies and chocolate chip cookies, I hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour for all use
  • 3/4 of Cup of mashed sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 7 ounces of Semi-bitter chocolate spark
  • 4 ounces of oats granulated
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg big
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of sodium bicarbonate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit = 190 degrees Celsius.
    Acremamos the two sugars with butter for 2 or 3 minutes, then add the vanilla extract, egg and baking soda.
