Can you imagine a creamy and delicious vanilla ice cream, wrapped in two plates of strawberry cake? Well now it's possible with this spectacular vanilla ice cream cake with strawberries, which has natural fruit in the bread and the best vanilla ice cream you've ever tasted.

  • 1 1/2 cups milk, for the cake (buttermilk)
  • 2 lemons, just the juice, for the cake (buttermilk)
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, stop the cake (340 grams)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, stop the cake (300 grams)
  • 8 eggs, for the cake
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla, for the cake
  • 3 1/2 cups flour, for the cake
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda, for the cake
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda, for the cake
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the cake
  • 1 cup strawberry, cut into squares
  • 1 Vanilla Bean Halo Top®
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • to taste strawberry, cut into sheets


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the vanilla cake, mix the milk with the lemon juice and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Beat the butter with the sugar until it is creamy, add the eggs one by one, the essence of vanilla and beat 7 minutes more.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt alternating with milk with lemon, add strawberries and whisk for 7 more minutes.
Pour over two previously greased and floured molds and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out clean. Let it cool.
Place the Vanilla Bean Halo Top® ice cream on a cake base and spread with the help of a spatula. Freeze 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the cream to beat with the icing sugar until doubled in size. Reservation.
Place the other cake base on the ice cream, smooth the edges and decorate with strawberries on the edges. Freeze 10 minutes more if necessary.
Cover with the whipped cream and decorate with the rest of the strawberries. Serve very cold.


A slice accompanied by a glass of milk.
