Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 250 grams cream, sugary mounted

Preparation

Separate the egg yolks from the eggs. Beat the three yolks with half the sugar and coffee until it is creamy. Lift the egg whites until stiff, using the remaining sugar.
Add to the yolk and coffee smoothie, stirring constantly, in this order and little by little, the cream, the whites and the rest of the sugar.
Make the mixture homogeneous. Put it in a container, or directly in the glasses to serve and put the ice cream in the freezer of the refrigerator for at least two hours.
This dessert can be presented beautiful, using a spoon of ice cream, making one or two balls in a cup and sprinkle with chocolate powder or better melted and add a few coffee beans decoration. Ummmm what a delicious dessert!
