A delicious sorbet of jamaica for the hot season. This recipe has the flavor of a Mexican flower. The jamaica is used in Mexican cuisine in salty and sweet dishes; as well as drinks. This flower has health benefits since it is a natural diuretic.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 milliliters Water
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 400 grams glucose
  • 100 grams Hibiscus flower
  • 250 milliliters Water

Preparation

Put the jamaica with 250 ml of water to boil. When you are ready, strain and put to reduce.
Put water, sugar and glucose in a saucepan. At the first boil remove it and let it cool.
Mix the syrup with the jamaica.
Freeze it and every 30 minutes liquify it again. Repeat until you get the consistency of a straw.
