Preparation
Put the jamaica with 250 ml of water to boil. When you are ready, strain and put to reduce.
Put water, sugar and glucose in a saucepan. At the first boil remove it and let it cool.
Mix the syrup with the jamaica.
Freeze it and every 30 minutes liquify it again. Repeat until you get the consistency of a straw.
