Prepare these delicious and refreshing ice pops. They are very nutritious and have a very creamy consistency thanks to the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%. Ideal to do with children.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 liter Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 2 envelopes gelatin, (7g each)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 1/2 cups strawberry
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 cups blueberry

Preparation

Hydrates the gelatin in the water.
Peel the kiwi and cut it into thin slices. Chop the strawberries in cubes. You can adjust the size of the cut depending on the size of your mold.
Mix the sugar with Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%. Melt the grenetina in the microwave for 15 seconds, mixing each one until it is smooth. Add melted grenetina to Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%.
Place the chopped fruit in the palette molds, make sure to stick it to the mold walls. Pour the Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% mixture. With the help of a spoon, arrange the fruit and mix it with yoghurt so that there are no empty spaces.
Place the paddle stick and put in the freezer for 2 hours.

TIPS

Pass the mold through a little warm water to demold the palette.
