Preparation
In a food processor, process the cones until a fine powder is obtained. Combine with half the cream cheese and reserve.
Blend condensed milk with evaporated milk, lemon juice, remaining cream cheese and hydrated and melted gelatin.
Pour the previous preparation into 3/4 palette molds. Stuffed with the cookie cone mix.
Place the stick for palette and freeze about 3 hours or until set. Desmolda and serves.
