Ingredients

6 portions
  • 900 grams cornstarch, or corn starch

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 liter whole milk
  • ground pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan over low heat, add the corn starch with the whole milk until it dissolves without leaving clots.

We extinguish the fire and we integrate the ground mania and stir well until they disappear.
