Delicious exotic dessert, which will leave your guests with their mouths open. The passion fruit mousse is a very simple preparation, perfect to finish a fun dinner with your friends or a romantic night with your partner.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams passion fruit pulp
  • 250 milliliters peach in syrup, using only the syrup
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornmeal, refined
  • 25 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Separate the whites from the egg yolks.
In a saucepan heat the syrup with a splash of water.
In a bowl, mix the two types of flour with the sugar. Gradually add the rest of the water, stirring constantly.
It also incorporates the yolks. Once all mixed well, add it to the saucepan when the syrup boils
Heat until it thickens and let it cool.
Cut the passion fruit and empty its pulp with a spoon.
Beat with the blender and strain.
Add the passion fruit juice to the previous mixture, while you are beating with a stick.
Put the egg whites with the impalpable sugar on the snow and pour everything over the previous preparation, mixing carefully so that it is spongy.

PRESENTATION

For the presentation, use fresh raspberries and some leaves of Mint

TIPS

Finally, spread the mousse in glasses and cool well before serving.
