Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 1/4 cups of corn yellow, shelled (210g) (7.40 oz)
  • 1 1/4 cups of corn white, shelled (210 g) (7.40 oz)
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour 375g (13.2 oz)
  • 2 cups of condensed milk 600 ml
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese
  • 6 pieces of egg large
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups of vegetable oil 300 ml (10.14 oz)

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180° C (356°F)
    Blend the corn with flour, condensed milk, cream cheese, egg, baking powder and vegetable oil until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Pour the preparation into a cake mold 25 cm in diameter, previously greased and floured. Bake for 45 minutes or until fluffy and done.
    Cool, cut and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a wooden board so you can cut it easily.

    TIPS

    You can make a mixture of 3 Rompope milks and dip the cake or soak it to make it more moist. Use a toothpick and if it comes out dry then your cake is completely ready.

    Aún en el proceso de preparación. Como comentario previo puedo decir que un molde de 25 cm es demasiado pequeño para las cantidades indicadas.
