Cream Cheese Pie with Cookie Cover

Ingredients

  • 170 grams of Maria cookie
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 90 grams of unsalted butter
  • 4 pieces of egg

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Crush the cookies; Reserve a little for the layer without the butter, then melt the butter and add it to the cookie powder.
    Pour the cookie mixture into a mold and form the base; covers the mold well. Refrigerate
    Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs and cream cheese; until they are well mixed.
    Pour the mixture into the mold, add the cookie powder that you reserved.
