A French dessert, easy and delicious. It is a creamy vanilla-flavored dessert covered by a thin crust of caramel and usually decorated with red fruits and a little mint. It is definitely a dessert that conquers even the most demanding palate.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 milliliters whipping cream
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 4 teaspoons sugar

Preparation

Beat the yolks, sugar and vanilla with a balloon until they thicken and take a light tone (cake). Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Slowly add the cream to beat, incorporating until smooth and smooth the mixture.
Place the mixture in a tray and cover it well with aluminum foil.
Place inside another deeper tray, with boiling water. And carefully place inside the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until it looks gelatinous. Remove from the oven, remove the aluminum and cool.
Once cold, beat with a balloon until smooth and smooth.
Empty in individual containers, smoothing the cream perfectly.
Cover the top of the dessert with sugar evenly and burn with a blowtorch to caramelize the sugar.
