Preparation
Beat the yolks, sugar and vanilla with a balloon until they thicken and take a light tone (cake). Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Slowly add the cream to beat, incorporating until smooth and smooth the mixture.

Place inside another deeper tray, with boiling water. And carefully place inside the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until it looks gelatinous. Remove from the oven, remove the aluminum and cool.
