I made these cupcakes for the birthday of a friend's son. They are much easier to do than they pretend and children love them. You can also find the recipe to make Elmo and Abelardo (Big Bird). Prepare this delicious recipe, you will love it.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 box of box of vanilla cake mix
  • 1 boat of vanilla frosting
  • 1/2 Cup of fondant made at home or purchased
  • 1 little boat of blue food color
  • 12 pieces of orange M&Ms
  • 6 pieces of chocolate cookie cut in half

    Preparation

    To start, make the cupcakes according to the instructions of the box you bought. Remember to only fill 2/3 of the cupcake mold so they do not overflow.
    Before putting the bitumen on the cupcakes prepare all your pieces. To make the eyes flatten the fondant with a rolling pin (it is very easy to use) and with the tips of your pastry bag short 24 white circles and 24 black circles smaller than the white ones. Place the black circles on the white with a bit of bitumen, make them half centered since it is cross-eyed.
    Cut the chocolate chip cookies in half.
    Prepare the bitumen by mixing the vanilla bitumen with the blue dye. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before using so that the shapes of the tip of the pastry bag work.
    Place the bitumen in the pastry bag and using the star tip covers a cupcake, place two eyes and half a cookie and go!

    PRESENTATION

    Place the cupcakes on a cake base and decorate with a blue ribbon with white dots.
