You can enjoy these cupcakes as breakfast or snack. They are healthy since it has wholemeal flour and granola.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 60 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 260 grams raw sugar
  • 100 grams granola
  • 280 grams flour
  • 200 grams whole wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 28 milliliters lemon juice
  • 360 milliliters pear nectar
  • 300 grams pear, peeled and finely sliced
  • 16 grams baking soda
  • 12 grams lemon zest
  • 4 grams salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Combine pear nectar, eggs, oil, juice and lemon zest.
Combine both flours, mashed sugar, granola, baking powder and salt in another bowl.
Incorporate the slices of pear moving so that they are covered with flour, mix with liquid ingredients without working too much.
Distribute in the molds with the caps.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked or lightly browned.

PRESENTATION

Once ready and cold, you can sprinkle icing sugar as decoration.

TIPS

You can substitute lemon juice and zest for orange or tangerine.
