Preparation
In a medium skillet, cook the apples, sugar, honey and cider until it resembles an applesauce (a thick purée).
Let cool.
In a large bowl, mix the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% and half of the apples, which were left to cool.
Add half of remaining apples to small wine glasses.
Fill the cups with the yoghurt mixture in half, add another layer of apples, followed by the rest of the yoghurt.
Put the cookie crumb top of the glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
