Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cantaloupes
  • 4 raspberries
  • 4 strawberries
  • 4 seedless green grapes
  • 4 mandarin segments, in supreme (without skin)
  • 1/4 cups bee honey
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 8 leaves peppermint, finely chopped

Preparation

A little oil in 4 skewers for the fruit to slide.
Make balls with the melon with the help of a spoon punch.
In each stick it accommodates the fruit, preferably in the same order the 4 so that they look pretty. Raspberry, strawberry, melon, grape and tangerine.
Bathe the skewers with honey, quantity to taste but not too much.
