These fruit bars with yoghurt are the perfect and nutritious snack for mid-morning or mid-afternoon. They are crispy, full of flavor and have a sweet touch that you will love.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 1/2 cups of cereals integral
  • 2 pieces of Activia® Mango Maracuyá with Quinoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1/4 of Cup of grated coconut
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of cranberry

    Preparation

    Blend the oatmeal with the cereal, the yoghurt Activia® Mango Maracuyá with Quinoa and the vanilla.
    In a bowl, mix the yoghurt smoothie with coconut, almonds and walnuts.
    Pour into a square pan with wax paper and mix with a spoon.
    Freeze 1 hour, unmold and cut into bars. It serves.

    PRESENTATION

    Bathe with the yoghurt glaze.

    You can add dehydrated fruit.
